PRENATAL Support

Birth Preference & Education Session $125

    • two hour scheduled call

Nesting Package - $55/Hour

  • The weeks leading up to birth can be an exciting, but overwhelming time with the preparations needed before baby comes. This service allows me to be the extra hand and support person to assist with preparing your home. We will meet prior to me coming to discuss what is left on your to-do list. This offering includes but are not limited to:

    • Setting up and organizing nursery/baby items

    • Running errands

    • Washing new baby clothes & linens

    • Reorganizing home spaces to accommodate the growing family

    • Setting up stations for breastfeeding/pumping, diaper changes, postpartum supplies

    • Assistance with selecting & purchasing last minute baby item

Registry Building Session - $75

    • two hour scheduled call

    • assistance in building registry

    • give insight on product selections

    • each recommended product will have been researched in depth by me that best supports mama & baby

    • can be done virtually

Birth support

Basic Labor Package - $1850

    • 2 prenatal visits

    • Curate a birth plan (if desired)

“Eleventh Hour” Labor Support - $875

    • Applies to women who are 34-38 weeks along in their pregnancy needing birth support

    • 2 hour prenatal visit

    • On - call support starting two weeks prior to guess date & after birth

    • Continuous physical, emotional support along with non medical pain/comfort measures during labor

    • Informational & emotional advocacy during labor

    • Amateur photography & video

    • Lactation Support

    • Staying 1 hour post birth

    • Discount on Postpartum Support

    • Warm meal brought & birth debrief session after birth

Virtual Doula - $475

This package is for those that are not within service range, if we have limited avaliabilty or for those that are wanting the support of a doula throughout pregnancy and postpartum, but not present during delivery.

    • 1 prenatal visit

    • Curate a birth plan (if desired) that will be sent to your email to have on hand

    • On - call support starting two weeks prior to guess date & after birth

    • Discernment on when to go to hospital if having a hospital birth

    • Informational & emotional advocacy during labor through call or text

    • Lactation Support through discussing difference in pumps, how/when to pump, feeding schedules, etc.

    • 1 post birth debrief session

    • Resourcing & referrals

postpartum support

Daytime Postpartum Support - $50/Hour

    • One meeting during pregnancy to establish what you envision your postpartum to look like and establishing a plan

    • Debrief session after birth

    • Lactation Support

    • Up to 3 weeks of continuous phone/text support after birth

    Each visit is at least two hours long and will include what has been established in your customized plan and can easily be adjusted as time goes on. A nourishing meal will be brought to the first visit as well.

    Services that are available to be customized within time frame each visit:

    • Restock nursing/feeding stations & diaper stations

    • Clean bottle/pump parts

    • Light tidying up

    • Wear/hold baby while mom rests, showers, runs errands, etc

    • Wash, fold & put away baby laundry

    • Grocery shop or pickup to deliver

    • Change crib sheet

    • Wash dishes/load dishwasher

Postpartum Planning Sessions - $75

  • Together we will come up with a clear & custom plan for how to have the most restful, nourishing & bond building fourth trimester. Having a trained support person through the fourth trimester can be invaluable, but not always in the budget so that is why I’ve created these session opportunities. We discuss stations to set up around the house, how to best nourish your body, what to expect, etc. We also offer unlimited communication during postpartum.
